Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an in-house Architect. The role is located in Clarkston, MI, with some opportunities for work from home. The Architectural Associate will be responsible for preparation of construction drawings, managing projects, participating in building information modeling (BIM), and supporting project management activities.

Qualifications ● Experience in creating Construction Drawings and working knowledge of building codes ● Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD ● Proficiency in Enscape, InDesign, and photoshop preferred ● Experience in Architectural Project Management ● Strong communication and teamwork abilities ● Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines ● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field ● Previous experience in a similar role ● Schematic Design experience ● Experience in coordination with MEP engineers ● Ability to perform site visits and field measure ● Architectural license is preferred
