    What You’ll Do:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of IT agreements (SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, software licensing)

    • Support employee benefits contracting (health plans, retirement plans, wellness vendors, TPAs)

    • Advise internal stakeholders on legal risk, compliance, and contract strategy

    • Collaborate with HR, IT, Procurement, and Compliance teams across the U.S.

    • Ensure alignment with U.S. laws, internal policies, and global standards

    • Contribute to contract lifecycle management and process improvements

    • J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; active bar membership

    • 3–7 years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house)

    • Strong background in IT and/or employee benefits contracting

    • Experience with luxury, retail, or global consumer brands is a plus

    • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

    • Familiarity with U.S. data privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, HIPAA) and ERISA is a bonus
