• Estimate time and materials needed to 3 bid supplies and materials
• Maintain all tools and equipment
• Perform final inspection to ensure quality and accuracy of work
• Adhere to workplace safety rules and regulations
• Provide leadership and motivation for the crew by being hands on 20% of your work week

Painter Requirements

• [5+] years of previous experience as a Flooring/Contractor for residential or commercial buildings
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Skill with installing ceramic tile and Vinyl Plank
• Superb attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to supervise a small crew
