  • Responsibilities

    The In-House Leasing Agent is responsible for efficiently leasing residential properties, minimizing vacancy loss, delivering a high-quality tenant experience, and supporting company growth through proactive lead generation and client conversion. This role exists to ensure vacancies are filled quickly, professionally, and profitably while protecting the company’s reputation and operational standards. The In-House Leasing Agent is successful when: • Vacancies are filled quickly and consistently • Leasing timelines meet or exceed company targets • Tenant experience is professional and responsive • Lead flow is actively generated and maintained • Tenant-to-client conversion opportunities are identified • Leasing systems and follow-ups are executed flawlessly Responsibilities: Strategic Work • Protect leasing focus and execution quality • Represent company listings professionally and compliantly • Generate leasing demand through proactive outreach • Identify opportunities for tenant-to-client conversion • Support overall portfolio occupancy and revenue goals Tactical Work • Respond to leasing inquiries promptly • Conduct property showings • Screen tenants in accordance with company policy • Prepare and coordinate lease documentation • Follow up on prospects and applicants • Maintain CRM and leasing systems • Generate tenant and landlord leads • Coordinate with the property management team • Track leasing KPIs and activity Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Past sales experience is preferred • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Compensation: $50,000 + commissions
