    Overview Casa Gusto is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented In-House Operations Manager and Sales Representative with a passion for antiques and design. This role combines showroom management, customer service, and seamless post-sale coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the shop floor, managing inventory and operations, supporting sales efforts, and providing exceptional client service in person and through digital communication.

    General Priorities/Responsibilities Shop Floor Management ● Maintain the showroom in an orderly, presentable, and well-stocked condition ● Manage office supplies, product tagging, and general upkeep ● Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience ● Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism ● Receive, unpack, and mark incoming packages, fabrics, and other materials Post-Sale Customer Service ● Coordinate outbound shipping and delivery logistics for client purchases ● Provide thoughtful follow-up with customers after sales Support and facilitate custom orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion ● Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction Qualifications: ● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment ● Experience in retail, design, or customer service preferred Attributes: ● Passion for design; customer-centric; proactive in learning; team player yet capable of independent work. ● Availability to work weekends and flexible hours in a Retail operation.
