We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our production team as an In-House Piece-Rate Production projects. This is a 1099 contract role where you will be paid based on production output (piece-rate), offering you control over your earnings. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals looking for flexible work.

Key Responsibilities:

Riveting, eyeletting, knot-tying, and other finishing tasks

Bagging and tagging products

Following clear instructions and maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

No prior experience needed—training provided

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as a contractor

Reliable transportation to and from our facility

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday

Flexible hours between 9 AM and 5:00 PM
