Life and Annuity Masters is seeking a motivated, people-focused In-House Recruiter to join our growing team in Simi Valley, CA. This role is key to recruiting licensed insurance agents to our unique support platform that blends technology, data, and a human touch to deliver a better insurance, financial, and investment advisory experience.

What You’ll Do

Recruit and engage licensed insurance agents for our support platform

Build strong, long-term relationships with agents and industry professionals

Communicate the value of our technology, data, and hands-on support model

Collaborate with internal teams to align recruiting efforts with company goals

What We’re Looking For

Active insurance license

Strong product knowledge within the life and annuity industry

3+ years of industry experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Genuine enjoyment of working with and helping people
