We are seeking a reliable, organized individual to support both our in-house sales efforts and basic office accounting functions. This role involves assisting customers, managing sales orders, and helping maintain accurate financial records related to vendor payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle in-house sales inquiries and assist customers with product information and orders
Prepare estimates, invoices, and sales documentation
Process accounts payable, including entering vendor invoices and preparing payments
Maintain organized records of purchases, invoices, and payments
Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions or discrepancies
Assist with general office tasks and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounts payable preferred
Comfortable using standard office software (Excel, email, accounting systems)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
