We are seeking a motivated In-Office Full-Time Recruiter to focus on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring skilled clinical professionals including RNs, LVNs, PTs, OTs, and STs.

💼 Position Overview As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in building our clinical team by identifying top nursing and therapy talent and guiding candidates through the hiring process from application to onboarding.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview nurses and therapists (RN, LVN, PT, OT, ST) Manage full-cycle recruiting process Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS Partner with clinical leadership to meet staffing needs Ensure compliance with hiring requirements and documentation 🎯 Requirements

Prior healthcare recruiting or staffing experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Familiarity with clinical roles is a plus 🌟 What We Offer
