Are you a motivated and customer-focused insurance professional looking for a dynamic role that allows you to build relationships, support existing clients, and drive new business growth? Biscoe Insurance Group is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team in-office.

About the Role

As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in servicing existing customers, assisting walk-in clients, and growing our agency through new business sales opportunities. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling policy inquiries, and achieving the sales goals of the Agency.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional coverage options to both existing and potential customers.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and process necessary documentation efficiently.

Customer Service & Retention: Assist existing policyholders with policy changes, coverage reviews, billing inquiries, and claims support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Walk-In Support: Greet and assist walk-in clients with insurance needs, policy questions, and new quotes.

Handle minor in office procedures: checking mail daily, processing mail, and agency bank deposits.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our service and sales teams to create a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for helping clients protect their assets and make informed insurance decisions

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently

Comfortable with technology and agency management systems
