    Paramount Pharmacy Group is dedicated to providing top-tier pharmaceutical care while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team and assist with compliance management and application processes.

    Job Description: The In-Office Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy remains compliant with all state and federal regulations, assisting with licensing applications, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the administrative team in regulatory matters. This role is ideal for a highly organized pharmacy technician who enjoys behind-the-scenes work related to compliance and operations.

    Responsibilities:

    Process and manage prior authorizations.

    Assist with administrative tasks related to pharmacy compliance and operations.

    Maintain compliance-related documentation, including policy updates and regulatory requirements.

    Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementing necessary adjustments.

    Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.

    Communicate with regulatory agencies as needed.

    Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record maintenance, and phone communication

    Qualifications:

    Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred but not required.

    Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a pharmacy technician (retail, hospital, or administrative setting).

    Strong understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

    Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Experience with pharmacy licensing and accreditation processes is a plus.
