Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Provide basic technology support to staff (Level 1 troubleshooting) • Assist with office setups, equipment tracking, and account access • Help maintain and update our CRM system • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees • Assist with internal communications, documents, and scheduling • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Willingness to learn new systems and processes • Good communication skills, including phone and email professionalism • Basic computer knowledge; prior tech support or CRM exposure a plus • Ability to multitask and work independently with guidance Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
