Job Description

We are looking for client relations and customer service representative to assist with our clients needs. Our clients are well known charities throughout the DFW area who are looking to increase donations to expand their scope of reach throughout the community! We are growing, and need assistance with our Customer Service department!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Be trained on our clients
• Inform customers about our clients as well as their products
• Troubleshoot
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Be comfortable interacting face-to-face with customers
• Be able to multi-task
• Have outstanding communication skills
• Have desire to grow within the company
