We are located in the Wells Fargo building at 10288 West Chatfield Avenue, Suite 301, Littleton, CO 80127. Take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor and we're the door on the right.

We provide in-home care in the following areas: Highlands Ranch, Littleton and Lakewood

OPEN POSITIONS

Caregivers - No Certification Required

Primary Duties:

Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment within client’s residence. Duties may include light cleaning and straightening of the bathroom, straightening the sleeping and living areas, washing client's dishes or laundry, and other tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety for the client.

The performance of all personal care activities contained in a written Plan of Care which may include assisting the client with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, dressing, shaving and other duties as assigned.

Reporting changes in the client’s condition.

Medication reminders - Preparing necessary items such as juice, water, cups, or spoons to assist the client in the self-administration of medication.

Abides by the agency’s infection control policies, including proper hand washing techniques consistent with CDC Guidelines.

Abides by all policies and procedures outlined in the agency’s Policy and Procedure Manual, Caregiver Handbook, and Caregiver Training Manual.

Hours: We understand how difficult it can be to find a job that has work-life balance. We do our best to provide schedules that works for you and our wonderful clients. We build our schedules around our client's specific needs and care plan. We provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. Being an In-Home Care Agency, Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly, starting rate is $19 during the week and $22 during the weekends

Education: High School Diploma/GED required

Qualifications: One (1) year experience (family caregiving is considered experience).

Ability To Pass a Background Check and CAPS Check

Must Be 18 Years of Age

Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and a Reliable Vehicle to drive (Some Positions May Require Driving)

Provide negative TB Test results within 30 days from a start date

Good Communication Skills
