In-home Caregiver

Position: In-home Caregiver for a male client, no pets Location: Naperville, IL Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days and Overnights available)

🏡 About the Role and FirstLight:

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Caregivers to provide support for Seniors in their homes. The Caregivers will assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) to ensure safety, comfort, and quality of life.

💡 Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Support with transfers, repositioning, and safe ambulation

Monitor and report any changes and provide companionship and emotional support

✅ Qualifications:

Previous caregiving and dementia experience required (home care setting preferred),

Ability to work 12-hour shifts (daytime or overnight)

Dependable, patient, and compassionate

Must pass background check and provide references and have a driver's license and proof of insurance

💵 Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay $18.00-20.00 per hour based on experience and skills
