About the Role:

Holding Hands Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team in Greenfield, WI. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support, comfort, and care in the place they love most — their own home.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences

Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces

Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed

Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements:

Previous experience in caregiving, home health aide, or a related field preferred

CNA, HHA, or caregiver certification is a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor

Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients

Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to client dignity and respect
