We provide in-home support to adults with disabilities across Minnesota. Our person-centered approach helps individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives—one day at a time.

Position Overview

We’re hiring compassionate, organized individuals to support clients in their homes and communities. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling, employment, and household tasks

Support budgeting and financial routines

Encourage healthy relationships and community engagement

Promote independent living through personalized support

Current Openings

Stacy:

Sunday 1-5/6p, Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8a-12p

North Branch:

Monday and Thursday 11:30-4:30 (ish) Hours may change depending on staff and client needs. *Female only, sensitive to fragrances, CPR needed

North Branch:

Monday, Friday 8a-1p and Tues/Thurs 8a-4p Some flexibility but not much Female staff only
