    About Us

We’re a leader in the merchant cash advance and revenue-based financing industry, providing mission-critical funding to SMB’s who may otherwise be unable to obtain the capital they need to sustain and scale their operations. Our team thrives on precision, compliance, and innovation, and we’re looking for a passionate, detail-driven accounting professional to join us in enabling American entrepreneurs to reach their full potential and enrich their local communities across the country.

    The Role

As our In-house Bookkeeper / Assistant to the CFO, you’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining accurate business financials, reconciling bank accounts, and supporting financial compliance across multiple partner companies. You’ll work directly under the CFO in our state-of-the-art Aventura office, gaining exposure not just to bookkeeping, but also to high-level investment, compliance, tax, and legal strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex problem-solving and wants to grow into a senior accounting or finance position while immediately contributing to the integrity of an exciting team-oriented operation.

    What You’ll Do

Reconcile bank accounts with QuickBooks Online and proprietary CRM records.

Maintain accurate ledgers for syndication partners and broker commissions.

Track intercompany transfers, commissions, and participations across three primary corporate entities.

Audit historical transactions, identify misclassifications, and make corrections to inform go-forward consistency.

Occasionally support the CFO with financial reporting, audits, and forensic accounting analysis.

Ensure all bookkeeping aligns with GAAP and industry-specific regulations.

Participate in diligence meetings with the CFO and other members of the finance team.

Represent the organization as the first point of contact with vendors and contractors.

    What We’re Looking For

3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (QuickBooks Online proficiency is required).

Familiarity with ERP/CRM software platform fundamentals.

Experience in financial services or MCA / lending environments not a requirement, but a strong plus.

Strong analytical and auditing skills; able to spot and correct misclassified transactions and/or cross-reference bank to identify unlabeled transactions.

Comfort managing and discussing complex multi-entity bookkeeping.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced office environment.

Must be in-office full time in Aventura (with occasional travel to attend industry events and/or visit partner offices).

    Why Join Us?

Competitive starting salary with tremendous room for growth in both pay and responsibility.

Direct mentorship from the CFO; get hands-on beyond bookkeeping into investments, compliance, tax, and legal.

Be part of a high-growth industry where your contributions make a visible impact.

Opportunities to expand your career as the company continues to grow.

Long-term security with supportive, dynamic team.

    Regular team-building social events.

PTO for all federal and Jewish holidays.

Regular, with occasional exception, half-day release on Fridays.
