    Mid Market Sales Rep

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Mid Market Sales Rep. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the mid-market segment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the mid-market segment and achieve sales targets

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve performance

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling complex B2B software in mid-market or enterprise segments

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

    • Proven track record of success in mid-market sales, preferably in a similar industry

    • Strong understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and best practices

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
