    ABOUT INCLASSTODAY

InClassToday is on a mission to improve outcomes for all students by reducing absenteeism.  We partner with school districts to implement a program that uses behavioral science insights to empower families with actionable information that has been proven to increase the number of days students are in school.  Through six randomized control trials (RCTs), our program has been proven to reduce chronic absenteeism by 10-15%, and our work is equally effective regardless of a student's grade level, socioeconomic status, or language spoken at home.  Currently, we partner with over 25 districts, reaching more than 200,000 families and preventing more than 2,000 absences each day.  As a rapidly growing, well-funded education technology startup, we're looking for team members to help us build our culture and processes devoted to supporting our school district clients and the students and families we serve.

    INCLASSTODAY – SPECIAL PROJECTS COORDINATOR

The Special Projects Coordinator will work closely with InClassToday's co-founder Professor Todd Rogers to help him more effectively communicate with and support school districts, district leaders, and families and students in their shared goals of reducing absenteeism.  Examples of this work include:

    • Identify, reach out to, and connect with key decision makers at school districts across the country in order to qualify potential leads
    • Identify and research education leaders and others that Todd should proactively reach out to in Cambridge and beyond, and plan and execute strategic outreach to those people
    • Plan and join trips, conference calls, and webinars Todd conducts involving district leaders across the country
    • Plan, draft, and execute communication follow-up plans for many district leaders
    • Sync with the InClassToday Sales Team to make sure Todd knows what they are up to and how he can best support them
    • Work with Todd and the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales processes with large districts involving political, bureaucratic, social, and organizational skills
    • Support the senior sales team through the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to successful contract close
    • Work with Todd and rest of InClassToday to develop and implement InClassToday research agenda with partner districts (e.g., randomized evaluations, deeper analyses, innovation testing)

This role will evolve based on the candidate's skills, interests, and any unforeseen opportunities that may arise.
