    The Right Person Will Combine a Passion for Technology and People

    At InGo we connect people who make planes fly faster, cure diseases, develop the next generation of technology, defend countries, who make experiences more exciting, make food tastier, and much more.  InGo empowered millions of the worlds leaders to connect, growing some of the most prestigious communities in the world: News( Financial Times), Sports (PGA), Marketing (Cannes), Technology (London Tech Week, GITEX, Fast Company), and thousands of others.

    We need someone who can help us integrate faster and better to the platforms where we can empower communities.  These include registration pages like Eventbrite and Aventri, marketing pages like Salesforce and Marketo, mobile apps, etc.  

    This new team member will develop professionally and personally at InGo by:

    • Create amazing customer journeys which thrill customers, and keep churn low. 
    • Build those journeys by integrating us with our customers through a basic knowledge of javascript and CSS.
    • Overcome challenges and celebrate victories by communicating performance, achievements and obstacles both internally and externally.
    • Create plans to enhance our processes and accelerate as an organization.

    Expectations for the Future

    • Build tech relationships with partners to accelerate InGo.
    • Help us solve hard integration challenges to empower more communities and connect more people.
    • Grow with us to either lead a team or become a senior engineer.

    About you and what type of skills and experience you'll need:

    • 2+ years of experience in customer success or engineering.
    • History of meeting and exceeding goals
    • Experience interacting with customers.
    • Experience building websites, utilizing CSS and integrating javascript.
    • Experience in a startup.
    • Extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills, and an ability to interface to senior levels of an organization and develop productive C-level relationships
    • Proven ability to lead a project working with large and small organizations.
