Job Summary: We are seeking a React Developer to join our team building a cutting-edge mental healthcare platform. You will be responsible for developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Bonus if you have a strong background in AI/ML for our intake platform being developed. This job is a 1099 (independent contractor) role that requires at least 5-15 per week.

What You’ll Do:

Developing new user-facing features using React.js

Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Collaborating with the product and design teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience

Participating in all phases of the development lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

Writing and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code

Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

What You’ll Need:

At least 1 year of front-end software developing experience

Bachelor’s degree in related field required

Strong knowledge of React.js

Knowledge of current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance optimization, accessibility, and usability

Meticulous attention to detail

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
