Breast Imaging Radiologist with $100k sign-on bonus in Las Vegas
Excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Breast Imaging Radiologist to join this cutting-edge outpatient imaging center in Henderson, NV.
As a Breast Imaging Radiologist, you will play a pivotal role in our medical facility, providing expert diagnostic services and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our patients. Your skills and knowledge in breast imaging will be vital in early detection and accurate diagnoses, empowering our patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare. The ideal candidate is collegial, dependable and collaborative. The physician team has comprehensive support from radiology assistants and IT staff to streamline and optimize workflows.
Position Description:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
- No on-call, evening or weekend coverage responsibilities
- Supportive and collaborative practice
- Cutting-edge AI-enabled IT platform
- Competitive salary range from $525,000 to $600,000 depending on experience
- Full benefits package including 10 weeks vacation, medical, vision, dental, 401(k) and malpractice
Responsibilities:
- Interpret 2-D and 3-D screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound and general studies
- Ability to interpret Breast MRI is a plus
- Perform image-guided breast biopsy procedures
- Support technologists and sonographers to provide real-time guidance
- Provide real-time consultations to patients
- Collaborate with technical, administrative staff and medical leadership
Requirements:
- ABR or AOBR board certified
- 2 years experience in women's imaging
- Fellowship training in breast imaging preferred
- Possess an active NV license or eligible for an unrestricted NV license
- Must meet continuing medical education credits
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use dictation systems and PACS
