As the leader of the care team, the Physician delivers outstanding, comprehensive primary health care to a designated patient panel. The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality, affordable care to their community.

Responsibilities:

• Provides patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services aligned with a value-based care model.
• Actively participates in practice quality improvement programs and evaluates practice performance metrics.
• Adheres to privacy, compliance, and quality programs, as well as other regulatory and compliance standards of the practice.
• Participates in the implementation of new health technologies, products, services, and programs that establish the practice as a recognized leader for community health and wellness.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience.
• Experience providing primary (longitudinal) care.
• Knowledge of and experience with managed healthcare systems, including quality assurance, quality improvement, risk management, and population health and disease management programs.
• Collaborative work ability.
• Superior communication skills.
• Self-assured and results-oriented.
