As an Account Executive, you will own the sales process from prospecting to close, with a focus on developing key sales skills and a focus on cultivating critical sales competencies. You will receive structured coaching and milestones to ensure you are on track to succeed.. Responsibilities: • Engage in outbound sales activities to generate new leads • Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns • Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and buying intent • Identify key decision-makers and buying processes • Deliver tailored product demos based on prospect pain points and goals • Clearly articulate the value proposition and competitive differentiators • Address concerns confidently and navigate sales objections • Manage deal cycles from proposal through contract negotiation and close • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM • Forecast sales opportunities with transparency and consistency • Work closely with senior AEs, Sales Managers, and Enablement for continued learning • Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams based on market insights Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience in an account management position • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders across multiple levels • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
