This new year we are looking for an Intern to support our customer service and events team. 

COMPENSATION: $2000 - $2500 Per month base pay + bonuses + commissions

We're a vibrant customer acquisitions firm based in Chicago, IL. We specialize in increasing  brand representation, market share and revenue via events based promotions and customer acquisition. 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR AND DUTIES BREAKDOWN? 

We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic individual / Intern to work with our events team and our customer service team to produce events from conception through to completion. As an Intern your main goal will be to work with and support other events assistants, sales representatives, csr's and the management team. Some of the responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Meet personal/ event team sales targets 
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to give the customers the best deal possible
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Liaise with management to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain the overall appearance, layout and design of the event
• Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and attract new customers to the event

REQUIREMENTS 

• Proven customer service or events experience ideal but not essential 
• Good time management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multitask, prioritize your tasks
• High school diploma preferred
