About the Role
Kevidko Inc is seeking an Inbound Operations & Receiving Coordinator to support inbound warehouse operations, receiving processes, replenishment, organization, and digital receiving activities.
This is a hands-on operational role that combines warehouse floor responsibilities with receiving entry and inbound coordination. The position is intended to support overall warehouse flow by ensuring incoming product is properly received, organized, replenished, put away, and entered into the system in a timely manner.
This is not an inventory analyst or office-only role. Candidates must be comfortable working actively throughout the warehouse while also handling receiving entry and system updates as needed.
Primary schedule: 12 PM–8:30 PM (Friday 11 AM)

Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Receiving Operations
Assist with unloading, checking, and processing inbound shipments
Verify received quantities against purchase orders and packing slips
Identify and report shortages, damages, overages, or receiving discrepancies
Perform digital receiving and receiving entry into ERP/QuickBooks systems
Ensure inbound paperwork and receiving documentation are completed accurately and timely
Warehouse Support & Put-Away
Assist with put-away of received product throughout the warehouse
Replenish pick locations to support outbound order pulling operations
Consolidate product and help create usable warehouse space
Maintain organized product placement and aisle accessibility
Assist with organization and cleanup of inbound and storage areas
Support urgent replenishment requests from outbound/order pulling teams
Assist with transfers and movement of product between warehouse areas as needed
Operational Support
Help maintain daily receiving flow and prevent backlog of inbound product
Support warehouse leadership with inbound priorities and operational tasks
Assist with preparing warehouse space for incoming deliveries
Help ensure product received during the day is put away and entered into the system by end of day whenever possible
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on warehouse role with significant time spent on the warehouse floor
Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and movement throughout the warehouse
Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs as needed
Use of pallet jacks, forklifts, ladders, and other warehouse equipment
Forklift experience preferred (training available if needed)
Combination of warehouse work and computer/data entry tasks
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with changing operational priorities.
Requirements
Experience in warehouse operations, receiving, replenishment, or similar role preferred
Comfortable working both physically in the warehouse and on a computer
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower inbound periods
Ability to prioritize tasks and support operational flow
Basic computer proficiency required
Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or receiving entry preferred
Forklift experience preferred but not required
Compensation
$23 – $25/hour, depending on experience
Review after 60–90 days based on performance.
