Position Summary
The Inbound Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing inbound opportunities, preparing accurate quotes, supporting builder relationships, and coordinating projects from estimate to order entry. This position requires both technical aptitude and strong relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales
- Respond to inbound builder and contractor inquiries
- Interpret blueprints and perform accurate takeoffs
- Prepare and follow up on quotes
- Configure window and sliding patio door systems correctly
- Maintain margin targets and pricing accuracy
- Enter and verify orders for production
- Communicate lead times and manage revisions
- Build long-term builder and dealer relationships
- Support outside sales representatives
Qualifications
- Blueprint and estimating experience desired but not required
- Construction or window/door industry knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with business software
