    The Qualtrics Research Services Team provides research solutions that go hand in hand with our technology offering. It is through this unique pairing of both software and services, that Qualtrics has become a world leader in Experience Management, serving both the corporate and education sectors. Currently, we have a global establishment of over 200 team members, with offices and teams in North America, EMEA, and APJ. As we continue to grow at a rapid rate, our major focus is on strategically expanding our Corporate Sales teams by hiring diverse talent that wants to make a difference and contribute to a winning and innovative culture.

As an SDR, we provide a very clear and intentional program that allows you to build the necessary skills to later promote to, and perform as, an Account Executive. 

    THE EXPECTATION FOR SUCCESS

    As a Research Services SDR, you have the opportunity to work on our academic or corporate team within the department. During your time as an SDR, you will become part of a crucial team that is enabling us to scale at a very fast rate. Currently, Qualtrics is used by 80% of all universities worldwide. You will work to extend our services offering to various buyers across the university landscape, thus enabling very important institutional and academic work to be completed easier, faster, and better than any other solution out there. The world runs on academic research and it is through this research that we can help Universities make a positive difference. Whether you’re speaking with an undergraduate college student, a tenured professor, a dean, or a chief marketing officer, you will be challenged to come up with new and creative solutions to address their research needs and objectives.  In the corporate space, Qualtrics is used by 75% of the Fortune 100 and over 11,000 different brands. You will work to extend our services offering to various buyers across the corporate landscape, thus enabling companies to make tactical and strategic decisions that will drive their business forward. Our technology, coupled with the thought leadership and methodology of our research experts, create a comprehensive offering more unique than any other solution out there. Businesses, both established and emerging, rely on their ability to not only collect data, but understand and act on it. Whether you’re speaking with a research analyst, a director of marketing, or the CMO, you will be challenged to come up with new and creative solutions to address their research needs and objectives while showing them how to take action on what they learn.

      • you hit your monthly quotas through achievement of various sales metrics (e.g. setting meetings, generating sales opportunities) that are important to the business and our clients

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • You will work hand in hand with the Research Services Sales Account Executive teams to execute your Account Strategy Plan, which focuses on selling our services to corporations and universities to assist in their brand, product, and market research. To achieve this, you will search for and find key contacts, and set meetings with those contacts for the Account Executives you support. 
    • At later stages in our SDR program, you will personally begin to consult and advise clients on complex research projects yourself, ranging from single agencies working on behalf of a client to heads of research for top corporate clients.. This is meant to prepare you for an eventual Account Executive position, where you will carry a sales quota.
    • Begin to manage pipeline in our CRM and learn forecasting methodologies.
    • Coordinate with our Account Executive teams, Project Management teams, External Partners, Finance, and Legal, to ensure the success of each research project you support.
