About the Role
We’re hiring Sales Representatives to handle warm inbound leads and convert them end-to-end. You’ll use Meadow’s proven consultative sales process to help families make confident decisions about cremation, preplanning, and memorial services.
This is a fast-moving sales environment where consistency, resilience, and a competitive mindset pay off. You’ll be supported with training, playbooks, and tools, but the drive to win — and win the right way — must come from you. Top performers will have a real path to leadership and management as the business scales.
What You'll Do
Take warm inbound calls and close deals using our consultative playbook
Consistently meet and exceed quota with strong conversion rates
Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to move deals across the finish line
Build urgency and value while keeping the customer experience strong
Master a modern sales stack: HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our internal systems
Own your pipeline and constantly improve your process to drive results
You’ll Thrive Here if You…
Have 2+ years of B2C phone-sales success, ideally with a track record of beating targets
Excel at consultative selling: uncovering needs, positioning value, and closing confidently
Treat follow-up as a discipline, not an afterthought
Are self-motivated, competitive, and accountable for your numbers
Can work 9–5 PT, Monday–Friday, from anywhere in the US (fast internet required)
Bonus points if you…
Have experience selling in high-trust, high-stakes environments (insurance, healthcare, financial services, travel, etc.)
