    Guardian Tax is hiring motivated, competitive sales professionals to join our growing team as Inbound Sales Representatives. This is a 100% inbound role—speaking with individuals who are actively seeking help with IRS and tax debt resolution.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
    • Build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective clients
    • Evaluate financial situations and identify appropriate solutions
    • Present recommendations clearly and confidently
    • Overcome objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
    • Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your pipeline
    • Deliver a strong client experience while hitting performance goals

    Compensation & Earning Potential

    • 15% commission on all closed deals
    • Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
    • Top performers regularly earn: $15,000–$24,000+ per month

    Schedule

    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday per month
    • Full-time, in-office role (Chandler, AZ)
