    IT Help Desk Dispatcher

    We are looking for a Service Dispatcher to provide outstanding service for our clients. This person will be able to handle calls on a multi-line phone system, while providing exceptional customer service, routing field and inhouse engineers, including administration staff, using a ticketing system.

     Required Skills and Traits include, but are not limited to

    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong ability to collect and organize information.
    • Proficient ability to work amongst a team and handling diverse personalities.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with the Los Angeles metro area to dispatch tickets to the appropriate field engineer.
    • Ability to type 35 wpm and good ten key skills.
    • Strong phone and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently.

    Preferred Experience resulting in higher starting wages:

    • Previous Call Center and/or Dispatch experience.
    • A general understanding of technology and how they are used in business.
    • Experience with Help Desk Ticketing Software (ConnectWise preferred).
    • Experience with Document Management Software (IT Glue preferred).

     Additional Post Acceptance Offer Requirements:

    • Pass pre-employment drug test.
    • Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results.
    • Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify.
