WHAT YOULL DO IN THIS ROLE:

• Build relationships and work closely with management and employees of all levels to positively impact work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR Business partner support including new employee recruitment, employee development, compensation management, and employee relations for assigned departments
• Drive talent management strategies and programs to support a teams growth and individual development plans
• Advance specific Human Resource activities which could include leadership roles in diversity initiatives, training and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits design and implementation, exploration of new technologies to streamline HR processes, employee onboarding, recruitment branding, and identifying and implementing improvements to HR and business processes.
• Lead and contribute to projects as an integral member of the broader Human Resources team and overall people and business strategies

WHAT YOULL NEED:

• Minimum Bachelors level business education
• 4 to 7 years of Business Management or Human Resources related work experience
• Solid foundation of Human Resource functional knowledge including knowledge of employment law
• Demonstrated success in building trust and strong relationships with others
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills: involves the right stakeholders; asks the right questions; understands the interrelationships of variables
• Solid business knowledge and good judgment
• Entrepreneurial drive and resilience, a strategic leader and doer
• Demonstrated integrity, sincerity and transparency
• Breadth of capability that would enable other assignments within HR in future

Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency/green card.)
