    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO, US. As the Landscape Foreman, you would be given the task of leading and managing all projects in relation to landscape installation and construction. The perfect person to fill this role must have a wealth of experience in hardscaping and softscaping, great communication skills, and an unwavering passion for making exquisite outdoor spaces. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage landscape installation and construction projects, including hardscaping, softscaping, and irrigation systems • Supervise and train crew members to ensure work is completed to company standards • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes • Perform and oversee maintenance and repairs of equipment • Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in landscape installation and construction, with a focus on hardscaping and softscaping • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train crew members • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with clients, project managers, designers, and other stakeholders • Knowledge of irrigation systems and their installation • Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and blueprints • Experience with project management software and tools • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe work environment Compensation: $24 - $27 hourly
