Work Arrangement:Must be located in the Erie area. Work will take place at business partner sites and a regional office location.
Position Description:This position is an embedded liaison with a business partner, servicing locations across Western Pennsylvania. The Inclusion Liaison works to create and promote employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, supporting them to become successful employees and contributors to the workplace. Most work will take place on-site at business partner locations.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with disabilities through the employment process and building partnerships with employers to expand inclusive hiring opportunities. Familiarity with supported employment services and the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation is a plus. This role reports to the Associate Director of Business Services and collaborates closely with an assigned business contact.

Recruitment
Learn the partner organization's values, hiring processes, and apply this knowledge to recruit qualified candidates
Coordinate with HR and management to identify hiring needs
Job shadow high-demand roles to understand responsibilities and guide recruitment
Prioritize weekly hiring needs
Support candidates through application, interviews, and job placement steps
Identify internal training needs related to disability inclusion
Onboarding
Understand onboarding procedures to identify where supportive services may be needed
Ensure accommodations and employment supports are ready before start dates
Follow up with new hires and supervisors to confirm satisfaction with supports
Retention
Coordinate necessary documentation for employees needing disability-related accommodations
Collaborate with supervisors to address disability-related performance issues
Implement interventions and supports for long-term success
Ensure timely and effective delivery of employment support services
Sustainability
Assist the partner in identifying low- or no-cost inclusion solutions
Track placements eligible for wage reimbursement
Coordinate tax credit eligibility tracking and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation counseling, social work, human resources, education, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Reliable transportation for frequent travel
Valid PA driver’s license and vehicle with current insurance
Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed)
Act 33/34 and FBI clearances (paid for by the employer)
Certification Requirement
Must obtain within 6 months of hire:
CESP
(Certified Employment Support Professional) from APSE
or
ACRE Certificate(Basic or Professional) in Employment Services
