As a Program Manager, Inclusive Culture on the Corporate Responsibility team, your focus will be to execute and support programs that foster an inclusive environment for Palo Alto Networks employees.

    Your Impact

    • Drive the execution of Inclusion programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's Inclusion vision and strategy, to further business impact.

    • Partner with and guide Employee Network Groups (ENGs), driving engagement and strategic alignment to ensure their initiatives effectively contribute to the broader company Inclusion strategy.

    • Manage and deliver key cross-functional initiatives (Business Impact Projects) that support the Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion strategies, with a strong focus on flawless execution and event planning for ENG-led and other inclusion-focused activities.

    • Execute and support programs designed to enhance employee engagement, with a strong emphasis on our Inclusive Culture pillar and operational excellence.

    • Partner with internal cross-functional teams (i.e., Places, ENGs, Corporate and Employee Communications, etc. ) to implement and promote initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and navigating potential conflicts.

    • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to track program effectiveness, report on progress, and inform recommendations for programmatic improvements.

    • Build strong working relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders across teams by applying knowledge of corporate responsibility and inclusion principles to program execution and support.

    Your Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a demonstrated focus on inclusion or belonging, Corporate Responsibility, employee engagement programs or relevant experience in HR.

    • Proven ability to effectively manage and deliver programs or projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments, showcasing strong event planning, operational, and execution skills.

    • Strong project management, change management, and organizational skills, with experience navigating a wide range of stakeholder relationships and effectively managing conflict.

    • Demonstrated ability to influence a variety of stakeholders, manage internal/external relationships, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to build consensus and drive initiatives forward.

    • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and clearly convey complex ideas to different audiences.

    Compensation Disclosure

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $121,000-196,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
