Downtown Hollywood CPA firm seeks motivated and energetic Mid-Level Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper for immediate hire. Excellent organizational and communication skills, close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are a must. Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online and some type of tax software is required.

** Duties include, but are not limited to:**

• Income Tax Return Preparation, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041, 1040
• General Bookkeeping - write checks, receive payments, enter bills, bank reconciliations, make journal entries
• Sales Tax Preparation (Florida)

** Qualifications:**

• Previous Bookkeeping and Tax Return Preparation experience is required
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with professional practice/ time management software a plus
• Familiarity Experience with CCH Axcess Tax or other CCH tax suites a plus
• Detail oriented, highly organized and reliable

** What We Offer:**

• Salary commensurate with experience. Potential for bonus, benefits with long term employment.
• PAY RANGE: $37,500 TO $52,000.
