    We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Sales and Service Manager at Incredible Flavors in Orlando, FL in Coffee Service. Responsibilities include overseeing all sales and service aspects for our office coffee equipment and service, driving sales growth, managing the service team, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, customize offerings, and uphold operational excellence. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, passionate about the coffee industry, and possesses prior sales experience. Benefits: • Paid Holidays Paid time off (PTO) up to 3 weeks • 401k Contribution • Health Insurance • Discounted products for personal purchase • Full-time Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm • Compensation:$60,000+ commission-based Responsibilities: • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets • Manage and lead the sales and service team, establishing performance objectives, delivering training, and conducting performance evaluations • Cultivate enduring customer relationships by comprehending their requirements and providing tailored solutions • Identify growth opportunities in revenue and profit margins by engaging with new and existing customers through customer visits • Supervise the service department to ensure prompt and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee equipment • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and maximize customer satisfaction • Regularly assess and update coffee programs, implement product conversions, offer sampling alternatives, conduct equipment asset audits, and maintain software system data integrity • Create a comprehensive business plan for sales and service, monitor performance metrics, and enhance profitability • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint areas for growth and enhancement • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales and service reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and prospects Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and service management, specifically in coffee or related industry. • Previous experience in water cooler sales would be advantageous for this role. • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets is a must. • Strong leadership abilities are essential, with the capacity to inspire and manage a team effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. • Strategic and analytical thinking skills with a problem-solving approach are necessary. • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Compensation: $60,000+ commission
