ABOUT INCUBATE IQ INC. A financially backed start-up specializing in real time communication platforms. We focus on getting the job done right with the most suited technology. Currently looking for Web Application Developers to continue to build and maintain current mobile and web applications, as well as develop new and exciting applications.

POSITION SUMMARY – JAVASCRIPT APPLICATION DEVELOPER: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining our existing mobile applications, as well as working on new products. You will work with a variety of coding languages and tools – including SQL, Node.js, and Vue.js - as well as be able to express your creative side. All we ask is that you have a solid foundation in coding and a desire to succeed. We look towards employee input to shape and scale our establishment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with other development team members in developing software solutions.
• Develop well-functioning quality software.
• Write effective APIs.
• Build Front End applications with appealing design.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.

PREFERRED TECHNOLOGIES

• MySQL
• Node.js
• Vue.js
• Bootstrap v5
• Android Studio - Kotlin (Android Development)
• Xcode – Swift (iOS Development)
• HTML 5/CSS/Javascript

PREFERRED SKILLS

• 1+ years experience as a Software Developer.
• Proven development experience individually or as part of a team.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with developing web applications with service-oriented architecture and responsive web applications.
• Experience with source control and continuous integration/deployment environments, Git preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent Work Experience.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency.
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques.
• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
• Strong thirst for knowledge!
