About Us: Independence Marketing Group is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive marketing training and use various tools and channels to market insurance products.

Build and maintain professional relationships through networking and direct outreach.

Participate in organizing and attending promotional events and workshops.

Assist in managing continuing education hours for insurance agents.

Make follow-up calls for contracting and outbound calls to potential prospects.

Handle incoming calls, manage email communications, and direct calls as needed.

Generate reports on call center operations and take detailed notes during calls.

Monitor insurance agent clinic attendance and completion.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
