    The Greater Houston Independent Agency Alliance (IAA) District Office is looking for high achievers who want to take control of their life and financial future, by becoming an agency manager with IAA. We want to add a motivated and personable employee who is seeking a new learning opportunity with a high ceiling for growth.     AGENCY OWNERSHIP

    • RETAIL AGENCY: No limit on earning capacity; lead your team; be your own boss
    • PROTÉGÉ AGENCY PRODUCER PROGRAM: Grow your skills and business knowledge with an IAA mentor agent

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
    • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients to accurately identify their unique needs before pursuing specific insurance sales
    • Originate insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
    • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
    • Must be a superb communicator, able to analyze complex ideas, and possess a business development and customer service background
    • Be able to obtain or currently hold a Life & Health insurance license
    • High school or Associates/Bachelor’s degree

    As an agency manager with IAA, you will be able to offer Life and Financial Services products to a wide range of clients. Qualified individuals receive award-winning training for themselves and their staff, vast support systems, and partnership with our district office.

    The Greater Houston District Office is a team of insurance professionals that are here to help you succeed. When you partner with our office and staff, you receive support from business consultants, talent recruiters, trainers, and product specialists to help you develop and grow your business. In addition, you will be working alongside some of the best IAA Agents in the country!

    Study materials and leads will be provided. No prior experience in insurance is required. As an IAA agent, you can truly make a difference by helping people with their insurance and financial service needs, while being a leader in your community.     Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
