Position Overview

SUMMARY: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our sales, marketing, and customer service teams. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce environment, configuring and customizing it to align with the company's needs, and ensuring the smooth operation of all Salesforce-related activities. **** The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for leading the design, development and upkeep of the company’s Salesforce platform. This position requires tight collaboration with various teams and vendors and the ability to define cross-functional business processes, implement changes and enhancements, and provide data analysis. Commitment to and support of the Company Core Values and a High-Performance Work Culture are keys to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin Certified
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation, and Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud or Service Cloud.
