QUALIFIED CANDIDATES OFFER:

· Experience working directly with consumers, turning them into clients - A background in Financial Services is ideal

· The ability to pass a government background check

· LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS- FINRA Series 7, 6, 63, or 65 registrations, and Life, Accident, Health & Insurance License preferred

· Unlicensed applicants will work with mentors to study for and successfully obtain required FINRA and California state life insurance licenses within 90 days of hire (Cost of professional licenses paid for by ICM after 6 months)

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to build your business

· Excellent communication and relationship skills

· Knowledge of financial planning concepts such as: retirement planning, life insurance protection and risk management, estate planning, education funding, liability management, and real estate
