About the Role We are seeking a licensed real estate professional to support our growing portfolio of single-family residential properties in the Greater Atlanta area. This independent contractor will serve as the primary point of contact for all leasing activity and take on key responsibilities in property management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a flexible work environment and has experience managing and leasing residential homes.

Key Responsibilities

· Market and show vacant properties, screen applicants, and facilitate lease execution.

· Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including walk-throughs and inspection reports.

· Partner with corporate staff to define turn scopes and timelines.

· Manage lease renewals and conduct proactive follow-up on delinquent accounts.

· Perform regular property inspections and report findings to ownership.

· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.

· Ensure all leasing and management activities comply with Georgia landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations.

Qualifications

· Active Georgia Real Estate License (required).

· 3–5 years of experience in leasing and/or property management (single-family).

· Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

· Proficiency with leasing and property management platforms (e.g., Yardi), Excel, and Word & Outlook.

· Reliable transportation and availability to travel to properties as needed.

· Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and accountability.

Compensation

· This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

· Compensation includes a monthly retainer and commission-based incentives tied to leasing activity, renewals, and property sales.

· Total monthly earnings range from $1,500 to $10,000+, depending on performance, experience, and volume.
