    The ad hoc / dispatched resource will need to have 3-years' experience at minimum. The resources will be called upon, when needed to perform service calls for over 20 locations throughout your geographical area, within 35 miles of your base location.

    His / Her responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

    • Installing DAS/BDA wireless systems, including mounting indoor/outdoor antennas and routing coax, CATV, fiber, CAT5/6, and DC power cabling to OEM and code standards.
    • Terminating coaxial cables (½” to 3/8”) using JMA, Andrews, Trilogy, and similar systems with connectors such as N-Type, 4.3-10, and DIN.
    • Fusion splicing, OTDR testing, light-level verification, and troubleshooting fiber connectivity issues in the field.
    • Commissioning, configuring, and validating systems from key OEMs such as Honeywell/Fiplex, Westell, ADRF, SureCall, JMA Teko, and Comba.
    • Using RF tools including Anritsu SiteMaster (line sweep), spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and multimeters for system validation and diagnostics.
    • Using their competencies in IP addressing, VLAN configuration, PoE, switch/router basics, and remote connectivity to support system communication and monitoring.
    • Independently diagnose RF faults, cabling issues, equipment failures, and environmental constraints with minimal support.
    • Completing detailed job logs, sweep reports, fiber reports, commissioning sheets, photo documentation, and escalation summaries.
    • Communicate with onsite, end customer contacts as well as internal management.

    Required Tools / Transportation:

    • Pick up truck or van with eh ability to carry materials and ladders

    • 6-foot / 8-foot ladders

    • PPE gear Glasses, Gloves , protective boots

    • The proper tools to perform all the above-mentioned on-site services.

    The successful independent contractor should have the ability to pass both a background check and a drug test (if needed for site access)
