Overview

We are onboarding independent CDL-A Owner Operators to support freight transportation across the Midwest region with extended opportunities throughout national lanes. This role is designed for drivers who manage their own equipment and prefer to operate with flexibility and control over their business decisions.

Drivers maintain full authority over their schedules, routes, and freight participation.

Freight Conditions

Freight availability may include regional and long-haul routes depending on demand, equipment type, and geographic factors. Volume and consistency are subject to change based on market conditions.

Drivers are not obligated to accept any specific load.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
• Complete pickups and deliveries within agreed timeframes
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and shipping documentation
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment
• Provide communication updates when required for tracking

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT-compliant truck
• Active liability and cargo insurance
• Acceptable driving history
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Work Structure

This is a full time (1099) position. Drivers are responsible for all operational expenses and business decisions, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance.

Freight volume and revenue potential will vary.
