    Overview: Responsible for developing and managing the strategic planning for all investor relations activities. Lead the development and execution of the financial narrative and educate investors on defined metrics. Serve as a key business partner to the Executive team, act as a trusted advisor of the opinions of the investment community to the Board and serve as the go-to resource for internal stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the quarterly earnings process, drafting earnings releases, call scripts, accompanying presentations, as well as preparing talking points and relevant Q&A with the Executive Leadership Team. Develop internal analysis, including key drivers that impact business performance, to both support the external financial narrative and to deliver insights to the Executive team. Develop competitive analysis and benchmark industry trends. Develop and maintain strong relationships with analysts and investors. Grow the investor base by identifying and connecting with potential investors. Minimum educational level: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field, MBA preferred Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst preferred Knowledge, skills & abilities: Understanding of Investor Relations strategy and corporate communications. Ability to creatively and effectively communicate the company's story and message to raise awareness for the company to key stakeholders while building trust and safeguarding information. Self-starter with superior analytical skills, capable of data mining, identifying and developing relevant insight and analysis of operating and financial performance. Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing abilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to internal and external business partners. Detail oriented and able to work in a high paced, demanding work environment, while effectively managing multiple priorities and responsibilities concurrently. Excellent judgment, deep personal ethics, integrity and connection to company values. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Pay based on experience level and role: 130k-190k at a manager level or 170k-230k for a director level Benefits: Eligible for stock receive 4 weeks of vacation time per year 20% bonus target.
