Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking independent contractors to represent our pest control services through face-to-face, door-to-door interactions with homeowners. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy flexible schedules, and want to earn based on results.

Please note: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You determine your own schedule, workflow, and methods of outreach.

Scope of Work

Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door outreach in residential areas

Introduce pest control services and present pricing options

Educate prospects and either refer leads or close sales directly

Track and report your own performance (your choice of method—no required systems or timesheets)

Access optional training resources to help you get started

Compensation Structure

100% commission-based earnings

During your onboarding period, we offer a $1 per door talked to incentive as a performance-based bonus to support early learning and momentum

There is no hourly wage or salary - compensation is based entirely on results
