    Description

    A national kitchen cabinet manufacturer with a strong presence across the U.S. and Canada is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial Sales Agency Owners and Sales Representatives to expand market reach and strengthen dealer partnerships.

    This is a high-impact opportunity for relationship-driven professionals who excel in building strong customer networks, driving sales performance, and representing a trusted brand in the home improvement and building materials industry.

    You’ll be the front-line ambassador — developing dealer relationships, opening new accounts, and ensuring the company’s products maintain strong visibility and representation across assigned territories.

    Requirements

    • Proven sales experience in kitchen cabinetry, building materials, or home improvement industries
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • For Agency Owners: prior experience recruiting, training, and managing sales teams
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and follow-through
    • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
    • Willingness to travel regularly to client locations and dealer showrooms

    Responsibilities

    • Represent a national cabinetry product line to authorized dealers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term dealer relationships through consistent communication and visits
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to achieve sales goals
    • Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives (for Agency Owners) to expand market coverage
    • Conduct periodic showroom visits to update displays, materials, and promotions
    • Expand brand presence and display share within dealer showrooms
    • Update CRM systems with notes, photos, and account data to maintain accuracy and visibility
    • Track performance using dashboards and analytics to identify trends and growth opportunities

    Must-Haves

    • Established relationships within the kitchen and bath or home renovation dealer network
    • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and accountability for results
    • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and grow market share independently
    • Exceptional follow-up, presentation, and organizational skills
    • Comfortable with flexible, commission-driven structure and regional travel
