SOS Logistics is seeking Independent Shuttle Operators who own a 15-passenger van and want to subcontract on a long-term federal shuttle service assignment between West Bethesda, MD and the Washington Navy Yard, DC.

We are building a pool of qualified independent contractors for upcoming routes under a 5-year federal Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This is a premium opportunity for professional drivers who take pride in safety, reliability, and excellent customer service.

📌 Position: Independent Shuttle Operator (IC / 1099)

Route: Carderock Division Headquarters ⇄ Washington Navy Yard Schedule: Monday–Friday (Daytime trips only) Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Start Date: Pending federal BPA call issuance

🚐 Who We’re Looking For

Independent contractors who meet the following:

✔ Own or lease a 15-passenger van (clean, reliable, climate controlled)

✔ Valid Commercial Class C driver’s license

✔ U.S. Citizen (per federal security requirements)

✔ Clean background (must obtain DBIDS badge)

✔ Good driving record (no more than 2 points)

✔ Professional appearance and customer-service mindset

✔ Ability to operate a fixed federal schedule Monday–Friday

Communicate schedule updates to our dispatch team
